Common questions

Who can become a partner?

Travel agents, tour operators, destination management companies, hotels and homestays that send guests to Sikkim, Darjeeling, the North East, Bhutan or Nepal. Companies booking travel for staff can open a corporate account.

How do partner rates work?

Registered partners get a partner rate sheet for taxis and tours. You quote your own price to your client and keep the difference.

Do you arrange permits for groups?

Yes. We apply for protected area permits for Tsomgo Lake, Nathula, North Sikkim and Zuluk with the booking. Each traveller needs a photo ID and passport-size photographs.

What is the largest group you can move?

We run cars from 4-seat hatchbacks to a 26-seat mini bus, and combine vehicles for larger groups. Tell us the group size and dates and we plan the vehicle mix.

Do you give GST invoices?

Yes. Fares include 5% GST and every booking gets a GST invoice in your company name.

Will you contact my clients directly?

Only to coordinate the trip. Bookings you send us stay your clients.
